User's Site Tutorials
Below is a screen shot of a sample User screen:

In the screen shot above, you can see there are a number of sections
to the page. We'll go through these one
by one.
By default, the user's name is
to the right of the 'User Name:' text.
For this demonstration, the user's name
has been smudged out.
Underneath the User's Name
is a drop down box. It includes the different
type of time you can accrue. They include:
OnSite Reg, OffSite Reg, Holiday, Sick,
and Vacation time.
To the right of
the time type drop down is the 'Clock
In' button. This is shown by default after
a user's last action is to be clocked out,
or they do not have any time in the currently
accruing period. Simply hit the 'Clock
In' button to clock in. After you click
the 'Clock In' button, a 'Clock Out' button
will appear on the screen. When it is time
to clock out, simply hit the 'Clock Out'
button. Before you hit 'Clock Out', if
you hae any notes you want to include with
the set of time you are clocking out of,
simply fill in the 'Note' section just
below the 'Clock Out' button.
The system always tells you what your last action was through the
text to the right of 'Last Action'. In
the example above, the last action is 'Clocked
Out'.
When your work week is over and it is time to submit your time for
the previous week, hit the 'Time Sheet
Submission' button. Then the bottom part
of the screen will look something like
below:

On this screen above, check under 'Submit Time' each of the lines
of time you would like to submit for the
previous week. This is done in this fashion
because user's normally have time they
are acrruing on a new week while they have
time from the old week to submit. This
way, only the appropriate time is submitted
out of all the time the user has most recently
in the system.
After you have the lines you'd like to submit checked simply hit
the 'Sign and Submit' button to move your
time to allow management to approve it.
If you choose not to submit your time,
or just want to go back to the previous
screen, simply hit the 'Cancel' button.
